Divine Mandir — Photograph Permission Agreement

Divine Mandir is operated by Brahma Bhogar Arkaa Private Limited. This agreement applies to the photographs included in your submission.

1. Your authority to share

I confirm that I own the copyright in these photographs or have the copyright owner’s authority to grant the permission described below. Permission merely to receive or privately share a photograph is not sufficient.

2. Permission granted

I give Brahma Bhogar Arkaa Private Limited non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce and publish these photographs on divinemandir.com, including its www address, for Mandir listings, guides and related website content accessible worldwide.

This includes reasonable resizing, cropping, compression and format conversion for website display, without misleading changes to the photograph’s meaning.

3. Ownership and payment

Copyright remains with its existing owner. This agreement does not transfer copyright ownership to Divine Mandir.

My contribution is voluntary. No payment or royalty is promised under this permission. Divine Mandir will not falsely claim authorship. Any supplied photographer-credit request will be considered during review.

This permission does not authorise selling the photographs or using them in unrelated advertising.

4. Other people and photography restrictions

I confirm that sharing these photographs does not knowingly infringe another person’s rights or breach applicable photography restrictions.

Where necessary, I have obtained permission concerning identifiable people, children or restricted locations. Divine Mandir may request clarification, supporting permission, or an alternative photograph before publication.

5. Review before publication

Photographs are reviewed before publication. Divine Mandir may accept, reject or remove a photograph. Submission does not guarantee publication.

6. Duration and removal

Permission begins when I submit the photographs and continues until withdrawn.

I may request withdrawal or removal through the contact details in Divine Mandir’s Mandir Submission Privacy Notice, quoting my submission reference. Additional information may be requested to verify my authority.

Following a verified request, Divine Mandir will stop new uses and normally remove the photographs from its website within 30 days, or sooner where legally required. Limited private records may be retained where necessary for legal obligations or resolving disputes. Copies independently retained by third parties may be outside Divine Mandir’s control.

7. Record of acceptance

Divine Mandir may securely retain the submission reference, acceptance time, accepted agreement version and associated photograph identifiers as a permission record.

A copy of that record may accompany the photographs in the review team’s notification email. Contributor contact details are not automatically published.

Later changes to these terms will not automatically expand the permission granted for this submission.
